Rolled up an hour before opening. Driving from Naples to Tampa, started rapidly loosing pressure coming off the highway. The manager Ray did not hesitate to start assisting me right away. The Hospitality and Customer Service was excellent 👌 10/10 He ordered 2 tires from their warehouse, had them delivered, mounted, balanced, installed, and had me out the door in under two hours. Just incredible. Thank you to the team of guys that helped me out today. God Bless yall! 🙏 FYI : The in-ground lifts are low car friendly, my car is very low and they are able to lift it with easy! Anyone with a lowered car knows that can be an issue sometimes.

Had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. The manager welcomed me before I even walked in and helped me get started. Brandon did my alignment and had me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Incredible customer service, solid work, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend asking for Brandon!

I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom in Fort Myers! I recently had two tires installed on my vehicle, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. The service was completed quickly, and my car was ready sooner than expected. The technicians did a fantastic job, and my vehicle is driving better than ever. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely values customer service and takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for honest, efficient, and top-notch tire service, I highly recommend this location. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a hassle such an easy and pleasant experience! I’ll definitely be returning for future tire and maintenance needs. 🚗✨

I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Ray and his team. I came in for four new tires, an oil change, and an alignment, and the level of customer service I received from start to finish was outstanding. Ray was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was explained clearly, answered all my questions honestly, and helped me choose the right tires without trying to oversell me on things I didn’t need. You can tell he takes pride in running the shop the right way and making sure customers leave satisfied. The work itself was done quickly and professionally. My vehicle drives noticeably smoother now, the alignment feels perfect, and everything was completed exactly when promised. It’s hard to find a shop that combines quality work with genuine customer care, but Ray and his crew definitely delivered. What stood out most was how respectful and attentive Ray was the entire time. He kept me informed, made the experience stress-free, and treated me like a valued customer instead of just another ticket number. That kind of service goes a long way. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom and especially Ray if you’re looking for honest service, qu
